10 basic steps to operate a CNC lathe:

There are many different types of CNC lathes and here Intech Precision Mechanical will present the general steps to operate the Focus CNC FBL-200L CNC lathe for your reference;

Step 1: Turning on the machine: Turning on the switch to open the machine.

Step 2: Returning to the benchmark: Making sure the table and the tool shaft will run to the machine's reference point.

Step 3: Selecting the knife: Depending on the purpose of processing different details, choose the appropriate knife.

Step 4: Setting the workpiece: Setting up the workpiece, setting the mounting type; setting the origin of coordinates for parts.

Step 5: Closing the machine door: After attaching the part, select the tool, the origin of coordinates 0 for the part, close the machine door (by pressing the close button of the machine).
